Birthing Bubble Courses
Group courses in East Molesey, Surrey or one-to-one courses from the comfort of your own home (in person or online).
The Birthing Bubble Hypnobirthing Course covers:
- Physiology of birth and how your body and muscles are designed to work perfectly in labour
- Relaxation techniques, breathing techniques and visualisations to help ensure your mind and body are calm and relaxed throughout pregnancy and birth
- The important role of the birth partner
- Decision making and choices you might face in labour , e.g. induction, positioning of your baby, monitoring
- The maternity system in our hospitals
- The different stages of labour
- Birth preferences
As part of the course, you will receive;
- 6 - 8 hours of hypnobirthing classes (usually run over two or four sessions)
- Ongoing support via email, text and phone up to the birth of your baby
-The KG Hypnobirthing course relaxation MP3, Colour and Calmness (This will be sent as soon as you book your course so that you can start enjoying the benefits of hypnobirthing immediately)

Group Course: £295 per couple One-to-One: £495 per couple*
